13 and a Half Weeks, Almost a chick, almost an adult.

Hi Guys, Jasper reporting for duty - wow, I've been sooooo busy playing with all my toys that I've not been able to post a message to you all. Sorry 'bout that redface.gif

I've grown up rapidly and stand proud just like my ma and pa now. My step dad still gives me food daily but he's beginning to give me less now as I'm busy checking out the pots of food he puts in my cage more often now.
Some days I like to scoff away on my fruit, other days I like my seed better - just depends how the sun shines I guess. Sometimes I like to confuse and eat from both. Not at the same time mind, not even I can do that.
My heaviest weight has been 149g. I'm worried that my dad will disown me at this as not even my parents are that weight - he he he. Seriously, though that's good as I charge around my cage now as if it's a race track. You should see me go.

I think one of Vikky's greys has been copying me as his favourite toy is a wooden clothes peg - it's my favourite too - how dare he steal my thunder. I lie on my back and juggle and get fit too. I keep hearing how some men can bench press 100kg - that's nothing, I can bench press a peg - just like Schwarzenegger!!

I'm still loving my little bedroom - my step dad tried to get me into a different house, but I wasn't having any of it and loved my first one, so I'm back in that - check out the photo.
My Mum and Dad think it's very funny but say that it won't last when I start chewing at it - now why would they think I'd do that?? You can just see my bedroom in the back of my cage in this next picture. My mum and dad say they have got me some new happy huts for when I go to live with them.

I'm not altogether sure what they mean about this as I'm perfectly happy with my house - it's just very bright.

They also try to confuse me, they turn the light on and off.
Every time they switch it off, I think it's time for bed.
Just as I get comfortable they put the light on again and hey presto it's morning already, but that's okay as I come out then again and shout for my food.
