Firstly let me - us start by saying Hello one and all and thank you for calling by, Myself Greg and my wife Claudia, have built this website with the help off Rob Claudia's brother - thank you so much Rob we could'nt of done this without you mate.

The purpose of the website is to aid Caique owners especially in the UK as there is so very little here for Caique owners, infact alot of people have not even heard of the caique parrot.

The content is predominently our wording not copy and paste, except for veternarian advise, we are in no way specialists, there are too many copy/paste sites out there, not that theres anything wrong with it, but we prefer the personal touch.

I shall bow out now and let my worst (sorry) better half Claudia fill you in on all the gossip (sorry) necessary information that you need to know.

Thanks Greg, ok Greg and I have been around the net for about seven years, over this time we've had many forums and been members of many chatrooms. About two years ago we opened up a Conforum and called it Crazy Capers, why because Crazy and Capers has been our online names for seven years. The forum took off big time, my obsession with the Caique parrot grew and rubbed off on many of our members, we opened a blog so even more liked minded folk could come and chat. Just over a year ago and after many months of searching we managed to buy a Caique, the big problem was finding information about them that wasn't written by someone who had never owned one, also living in the UK brought other problems, finding stores that stocked food, toys, well everything really, most things we had to get online and from the USA, anyways things have got a little better but still we have a long way to go before we can match what parrot owners have access to in the States.

So Caique Crazy Capers and co was born, because of a need for more information for owners in the UK, and to bring like minded folk together to share their storys and knowledge. So our fun Crazy Capers forum has now been reborn into an all new Caique Crazy Capers and co.
